Terms & Conditions

  1. If you require a laundry service, please contact us before hand. We are not in attendance at our shop as it is a self-serve laundromat.
  2. Please let us know your payment method either by card, cash, invoice or direct bank deposit.
  3. If paying by credit/debit card, we may require to store your card information but we will ask for your permission first. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  4. If invoice is required, payment is due within 14 days.
  5. If a pickup/delivery service is required, we will need to store this information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  6. We only machine wash and tumble dry.
  7. We can provide a cold or hot wash. But normally, we use a warm wash.
  8. We can provide a medium temperature dry. But normally, we use a high temperature dry.
  9. We do not provide a low temperature dry or a delicate temperature dry.
  10. We do not service 'delicates' or curtains in our wash/dry.
  11. We are not a dry cleaning service.
  12. Please be aware that there will be some shrinkages with new clothes when machine washed, tumbled dry or steam ironed.
  13. Please be also aware that some underlays, doonas, mattress protectors and pillow protectors cannot be tumbled dry.
  14. We are not responsible for any shrinkages or damages caused by the laundry service.
  15. If you are not happy with the service, we can give it another wash, dry, fold or iron. But we can't refund you.
  16. Our wash/dry/fold/iron service will normally take between 2 to 4 hours. If it is outside 4 hours, we will let you know. 
  17. Please let us know your ironing requirements for garments such as suits and delicates. 
  18. We may not provide a laundry service if payment is unfulfilled, we are sick, called away or on holidays.
